When I run Spyware Doctor, it shows that I have 9 Trojans. When I click Fix,
it says they are all removed but, actually, when I restart computer, they are
all back.
Computer runs in SafeMode only.
(Dell Inspiron 9300 lap top)

I would like to wipe my C: drive clean (format) and start over.
I changed my BIOS to boot from CD/DVD drive but all the boot up disks that I
place in my drive will not boot up.
Maybe something wrong with drive? Although device manager says it's working
fine.
So I copied all the files onto a Thumb Drive and told my BIOS to boot from
that.
computer tries to boot but says: No bootable files on USB drive.
I guess I can't format from SafeMode?
and I can't seem to switch to anyother drives to format from there.
Any ideas?

Thanks,

Uninstall Spyware Doctor and then try a combo of these two before you
reformat..

Spybot S&D.. http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html

and Malwarebytes.. http://malwarebytes.org/

To reformat, you boot from your Disk one of your recovery set or from a
Windows CD/DVD

And no, you can't format from within Windows..
