the system has recovered from a serious error

I just finished building my computer and put windows in
it loaded up fine, and i was able to install all my
software. However the next morning, i turned on my
computer and a window pops up that says "The system has
recovered from a serious error and then restarts on its
own. it continues doing this until i turn it off. PLEASE
HELP!!!!!
