"The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation"

I have recently reinstalled my Win2000Pro OS. I
also "removed" and tried to reinstall from the original
disk my FrontPage2002. I can't install the FP2002 -
the "system administrator has set policies to prevent this
installation" message pops up and I can't go past it.
I tried to logon as Administrator and tried to assign
Power User privilages to the User - it did not help.
Please help me solve this problem - I really need my
FP2002.

Was there a reason why you thought you needed to reinstall Windows 2000?
