The "Switch Identity Operation" of OE'XP doesn't work!

When I first Installed Win'XP the "Switch Identity Operation" of Outlook
Express worked fine. Then I installed Win'XP again. This time the Switch
Identity Operation no longer worked. I went to the trouble of installing
Win'XP a third time and it still doesn't work. I've spent quite a bit of
time trying to get it to work. No soap! What am I doing wrong?

Your version probably includes SP1. This is a known issue after installing
WindowsXP Service Pack1. The fix is part of an Outlook Express Service Pack
available here:
