The Damn thing usually times out in a minute after my computer goes into
standby or hibernation, BUT NOT ALWAYS. Seems to me the F'ing thing is bound
to burn a nice dark square into the middle of my monitor after awhile - it
doesn't move across the screen - just stays in the middle. I've gotten out
of bed when the alarm went off only to find out that the God-Damn thing has
been on most of the night. I know this because my DVD2SVCD software keeps a
log of times for the phases of SVCD creation including the finish time. By
that, I know that 30 min after finishing it goes into hibernation.
Is there a setting in the BIOS that will disable that mostly useless so
called feature ? Or is there some other way ?
