The specified account does not exist

Outlook 2003 no longer recgonizes my email accounts. It was working just
fine and then after getting the latest Windows update, it stopped working. I
deleted the accounts and then added them but it still tells me that "the
specified account cannot be found. It may have been deleted."
I have build 11.6359.6360 and I have Windows XP Professional.
 
At what point and for what type of mail account? Since you deleted the
accounts already have you tried it with a clean profile?
