Maybe ... if you set it up for 98% of the SPAM, it will filter that 98%,
until the PSMA changes then you start dinking with the spamfilter almost as
much, maybe more, as you spent just simply deleting them.

I use the SPAM ALERT feature in Norton Internet Security and set filters in
mail readers I use ... Outlook and Lotus notes. That is as effective, maybe
more, since you don't have to run a separate spam program.

Spammers should be found de-digitized and removed from the gene pool.

Not sure what PSMA is but SpamPal is not a rules
based filter and it doesn't take any setup at all.
It uses DNSBL lists of known remailers and domains
that spam comes from. I've been using it for about
a year and other that a few program updates I never
have to mess with it at all. I used to have it move
suspected spam into a separate folder so I could
scan it for something that might have slipped by
but I never found anything so now I just have it
deleted.

That's but a piss in the wind ... I've was getting 3 to 4 HUNDRED a day.

Chicken feed. For a couple of days around the peak, I was getting about 100
per hour. It was interesting, in a bemusing sort of way, to see the rate
rise as additional newsgroups I frequent (even though I'm only active in 3
or 4) got harvested.
