When I attempt to open my COntact Business manager files this message
appears, "The set of folders cannot be opened. The server is not
available.Contact your administrator if this problem persists."

I am not sure what to do, I am the owner and administrator of my computer.
I am using Windows XP and Outlook 2003 SP1.

I was having problems loading a new version of ACT and removed Microsoft SQL
server 2000. I tried a number of times System ZRestore but the problem was
not fixed. I have reloaded Microsoft SQL Server 2000 but this has not helped.

Reinstall BCM. It will reinstall the correct instance of SQL server. You may
have created a new instance, but it's not named correctly and BCM won't work
with it without some extra steps.

Please don't try fixing issues like this with system restore.
