the set of folders can not be open

I can use my contacts but are unable to open my contacts in business contact
manager.
 
Please check if SQL Server is running on your machine. You can do that by
going to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services and find SQL Server
(MSSMLBIZ). If it is not running, you can start and see if that solves the
problem.
