The server is not configured for transactions !!?!?!?

help ME .... 3 Server win2000 Down...

1 Win2000 SBS + DC + Isa Server + Exchange
2 Win2000 Application Server
3 Win2000 Application Server

After attack to virus NetSky.xx the servers do not share IPC$... after
2 minuts the IPC$ goes down, also if i force NetShare IPC$.

i have installed SP4 and all windows update

in the registry i have added "AutoShareServer" D_Word =1 but not
working.

Have you checked your RUN key in the reg to see if there;s a batch file
running to eliminate those shares?
