Using Windows XP with Service Pack 3 and Outlook 2007 with Business Contact
Manager. When clicking on BCM History receive message "The server is not
available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists"

I have reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled, used outlook.exe
/resetnavpane. Scan .spt bring up message that "This application has failed
to started because SCNPST.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may
fix this problem." I have tried to reinstall Scanpst a number of time. It has
not fixed the problem. Maybe I downloaded the wrong file???

Please assist if possible. I need to go into the history of BCMs and have no
idea what else to try.

Its scanpst.exe, but then that only repairs the outlook data file, the *pst,
and BCM doesnt use the pst to store its data
Within Outlook, BCM there are a number database manager tools that might
help in repairing the BCM database
