doesn't appear in the sent mail folder, even through the option is
correctly
checked. I tried for a while directing it to a sent mail folder in a
separate e-mail account and then dragging it into the default sent-mail
folder, where I want it to be; and lo and behold as soon as I drag it to
the
default sent-mail folder it disappears. Any ideas, please?

I need it to go to the main, default, Sent Folder. If I set it up like

it doesn't go to that folder; and if I drag it there it just disappears.

john_p said:Yes, that's what I've been doing. If I ask for sent mail to go into my
IMAP
sent-mail folder it does that, no problem. If I ask it to go into the
Outlook Default Items Sent Folder it doesn't seem to save it anywhere.
The
default Outlook Sent mail folder is as empty as it was on the day it was
created. As I say, it won't even accept things that I try to drag into
it.
