I am using Access 2000
I have the latest update of jet 4 service pack and I still can't delete the
order from the table. When I go to the order form it shows up under the
customer then I go to order details and it can't be located there but it is
in the Order table.
I'm stuck lol :-)
Please help

PS: It seems to happen when I add a memo. I have an add memo command button
that opens a form for my memo. Then I type the memo click the save command
which really only a Refresh command and then exit and it post it to the
order. This problem doesn't occur every time. I really need to keep the memo
field but I may have to do away with it.

Sounds like you may have a corrupted table; memos are particularly
prone to this kind of error. See

http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.faq

for some tips on prevention and cure.

You may have one corrupt record in this table (maybe more) which
Access may not be able to handle at all; one solution is to create a
new database, create an empty copy of this table, and run one or more
Append queries (using ranges of the table's Primary Key) to append all
the known good records, skipping the corrupt one.
