The screen is too dim i tried everything!

My Laptop computer was performing great 5 minutes before it just went way too
dim. At first i thought it was the battery but i plugged it in and nothing
happend. Of course i tried to adjust the brightness to it. But it was were it
was suppose to be. i dont know if it was a virus, but i dont think it is. Its
not a light dim look. Its almost pitch black. i really need some help before
i waste my money on something that can be fixed easily. ( i am a cheap person
i know)

Sorry, but this is a hardware issue and has nothing to do with Vista.
Contact the laptop mftr.'s tech support for repair/replacement.

A sudden change like that sounds like a hardware issue. Send it in for
repair.
