I have three things I want to buy and none of them are in the sales. What a surprise

btw, the three things I'm after are
A camera, see relevant thread elsewhere, still stuck for choice.
A phono cartridge for playing 78rpm shellac records cos I'm building another Lenco turntable, have all the parts now, including a Linn Basik Arm with removable headshell. I'm going to buy This one a good choice between cheap and nasty and ridiculously expensive.
A|nd lastly I was going to buy one of These Valve phono pre-amps.
But then I discovered This site which has a valve phono preamp with PSU in kit form for around £100 so I'm going to get one of those and make it myself. Will have to add a couple of cases (amp & outboard PSU) phono soockets etc but will still save money.
Enough money saved, in fact, to maybe but one of their SET (single ended triode) valve amplifiers and PSU.
Really rather looking forward to this
As for the camera, I still like my G9 and I'll probably still be dithering over a new one when the last of the snow has left the ground

So far I got another Monster Energy hoodie, 2 Fox Racing T Shirts, 1 pair of Fox Racing board shorts, 1 pair of Fox Racing mountain bike shorts and a Monster Energy t shirt.
