the role owner attribute could not be read

Dear Reader's
Hello
i'am a network manger i have a 3 server for activer directory 2 of this server is in main company and i make a 1 computer to domain and next it to child domain i try for contact other server at next bulding and make the child of this domain but when active directory ask me USER pass and domain and cild doman start the working but when thr active directory page at "WRITE at BOOK " stop and show me this mesage "the role owner attribute could not be read" .
note
my othe bulding connectec by leased line to this server with Cisco Router .
if any boudy know's what i must doing please send to (e-mail address removed)

Hi Foad,

Can you check with netdom query fsmo command (from the support tools), that
servers holding your FSMO roles are ok. Next thing to check is your DNS
configuration. When you are adding your child domain to your domain, your
server must contact your parent domain to locate servers. You have an
extensive log of dcpromo process in your
%systemroot%\system32\debug\dcpromo.log file.
