If you are referring to Internet Explorer context menu, you can remove a
menu using these steps:
1. Click [Start] [Run] type [REGEDIT]
2. Navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\MenuExt.
Each subkey of this key represents one menu item. Many will include an
ampersand (&) to define the underlined key associated with the command.
Highlight the key you want to delete (for example,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\Zoom &In).
Choose Export from the Registry menu and export that branch to a file.

How can I change what the right click menu says?
Something got added onto it that I didn't want and I
would like to take it off but don't know how it got there
in the first place. Where can I go to change this? I have
Windows XP fully updated.
