THE RETURN OF THE NETWORK PASSWORD SCREEN

My PC running with XP Pro and Microsft XP has recently been requesting for
'network password' for my server, e-mail & password. I've entered the
necessary info & click the bottom box so that the computer remembers and
leave me alone but shortly after, the screen returns again and again.

Why is the password ghost haunting my computer?

Regards

There is no "password ghost". You've apparently got the wrong username
and/or password being remembered in whatever program you're using to access
your email. Then you type in the correct one (presumably) and things work
until you need to enter the password again.

This response is a guess because you haven't given us enough information to
get really focused help. Remember that we can't see your setup and so don't
know exactly what you mean by "my server, e-mail & password". We don't know
the answer to The First Question of Troubleshooting: what changed between
the time things worked and the time they didn't. And we don't know what
version of XP you are running and whether this is a home computer or a
domain member workstation. And there is no "Microsoft XP" so we don't know
what you mean by that.

And you thought this was helpful, did you? Clue: no, not as written. Rather
than go through all this stuff you wrote and try and pick out the relevant
bits, I'll suggest that since you made a change with something called
Echolink and that's when things stopped working, you contact Echolink's
tech support for help with their program.
