The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

I am getting above error when I try to connect to server through my
application. That is my application will try to connect to server in
different system. During connection it says above error . using windows
mobile 5, compact framework 3.5.
But I can access that server through IE from my PC.

Let me guess: The error message is correct because your PDA is connected
to another network (for example a mobile network) than your PC, and your
server does not allow connections from "outside".

You have to tell how your windows mobile device is connected to a network.
