The recepient dont see the images

I'm having this problum for while now that when ever i send a email with
pictures/images using a web source the recepient get the link to the image
instead. Can anyone tell me why and what are the possiable soulution?
 
What is your version of Outlook and what are your steps when you inser the
picture?

-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1
 
i'm using MS outlook 2003.

1) if FW: email it happens that the img change in to links

2) if i copy the online webpage and pay in outlook it do the same with it

I hope there is be soloution, as tried to do the same using Outlook express
and it works fine.

i'm using Windows XP pro With SP2.

Does the same happen when you press the Save icon before you send it?

Yes, the problum presist even i press the save button. I really dont
understand why the images turn to link?
