The properties of the folders are not seen :-(

Hello!
I have a Server with Windows 2000 Advance Server SP4.
When I position on a folder or directory and do clik in the right button of
mouse choosing properties, these are not seen. :-(
Now when one does the same but with a file: The properties see :-)
Somebody knows that it can be happening?

Maybe a issue with user access?
