the procedure entry point I_certupdatestore couldn't be located in Dynamic Link

After doing Windows Updates on 4/23 on approx 80 PC's we
had around 10 of them get the following message while
shutting down. "The procedure entry point
I_certupdatestore couldn't be located in Dynamic Link
Library CRYPT32.dll." I need to know if anyone else is
having this problem, as well as how I might go about
reporting it to Microsoft. I cannot pin point it to a
specific update, however it had to be one of the latest 5
for Windows2000 as of this date.

I have found that a few others have had similar results.

We had the same issue with Windows EFS used. Had to login
as local admin, uninstall the patch, and then it was
fine. Also saw issues regarding surfing SSL sites.
