i always have to go the printer and select "A4 instead" manually to my laser
printer ... why this is happening, why i takes letter format by default ...

You have a US copy of the software

My US copies did this - so I bought the UK copy.

There was a way of doing it by making an auto start macro in the WP
software but it was easier with the 'right' software
