The patch package could not be opened.

I am moving users from a Windows NT domain to a new 2003
Server in a different domain. When I try to run Office
2000 Pro from a workstation, I keep getting the
message "The patch package could not be opened. Verify
that the patch package exists and that you can access
it....".
This only happens after I join the 2003 domain and login.
If I change back to the NT domain, I am able to use the
Office programs.

The workstation is running Windows 2000 Pro SP 4 and
Office 2000 Pro SP1.

Tried that article. Able to uninstall and reinstall as
the a local admin, or a member of the NT domain. Not able
to install as a member of the Win 2003 domain. Have one
more article which modify the local policy on the PC.
Will check that on Wednesday and send an update.
