The page on web shows old content even after updating

After updating a webpage in Frontpage 2003, when it is uploaded on the web
using FTP, it still shows the old content. I have tried to refresh the page,
delete old file from the web and reload the new file - yet it shows the old
contents.

I believe, it has something to do with the setting for frontpage. This
always doesn't happen. Only sometimes.

Any advise?
