The page cannot be

I bneed help.
When I access sites that require me to use login or
password information I get the message "The page cannot be
displayed" For example if I go to www.samsclub.com I can
look at every link they have except "My Account" When I
click on that tab I get the error. Also when I try to
access my bank information, and if I am trying to order
something on-line were I have to enter a loggin id.

I have talked to my cable tech support I haqve lowered all
my security to the lowest and I still get this error. I
have even tried reinstall of ie6 and all the updates.

Does anyone know hoe to fix it without reinstalling ie.

Try entering that link after using the Cart link.
(Both use the https: protocol.)
