The page cannot be displayed

everytime i open a secured site i get the message....The
page cannot be displayed....
i dont know why it does this... lately everytime i try to
access my account on bankofamerica.com or my cart on
shopping sites...as soon as i try to log in i get this
error.

if you can help, please do! thanks.
