The page cannot be displayed

I have one PC that ever time he tries to go to a link
from a search engine he gets "The page cannot be
displayed" error. Also there are some search engines like
Goggle that he can't get on at all. We are on a network
and he can go to any other web site other than search
engines using the web site address. Can anyone help?

I looked in the hosts file and there in nothing except a
local address to our AS400. Any other suggestions?
