The Page Cannot be Displayed, trying Download

Many times I tried to download Realtek AC'97 WDM Driver for Windows XP, from
different sites: 61.56.86.122, 152.104.238.1945, 202.65.194.18 I am
getting "The Page Cannot be displayed". My OS is Windows XP, SP2 - IExplorer
Version 6.0.2900.2180 xpsp_sp2.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
 
Thanks Ted, but my problem is, when I click on "Download" I get a new window
that said " the page cannot be displayed" and I am unable to get the file,
any idea about this. Google search, gave me many options to get this file,
but the result is the same. I think this an IE problem (security)
