My remark is about that you have not provided any information that allows us
to help you and you still haven't
"I cannot send and receive in Microsoft Outlook"
That is not the error message that comes up. It is much more detailed than
that and doesn't use the work "I". If this is during Send//Receive there is
an error message and code in the Send/Receive dialog which we will both
need.
You also haven't posted your version of Outlook or the type of mail account
you are using.
When reporting an issue keep in mind that we are not mind readers and only
know so much about your configuration from what you tell us; be as detailed
as possible!

I do not understand what you mean.
I cannot send and receive in Microsoft Outlook. That is the error message
that comes up. I have updated and it still happens. Should I do a
reinstall.
