TheOpenCD is a collection of high quality Free and Open Source Software.
The programs run in Windows and cover the most common tasks such as word
processing, presentations, e-mail, web browsing, web design, and image
manipulation. We include only the highest quality programs, which have been
carefully tested for stability and which we consider appropriate for a wide
audience.

Doesn't hold a candle to the Pricelessware CD.

Well, it simply has different objectives, TheOpenCD focusses on Open
Source licenses only. That's a subset of the freeware spectrum, so
naturally TheOpenCD doesn't contain everything the Pricelessware CD
has.

Freeware and opensource are like comparing apples and oranges. One is not a
subset of the other. While much opensource software does not charge for
licensing, some does. The major difference is that the source code is
available either freely or for a price.
