I am trying to diagnose and revive a machine which, among many other sick
symptoms, is infected with the above memory or boot virus. I cannot get into
windows to run a full on av program, but it was identified by f-prot which i
could run from the prompt after booting with a boot floppy. However f-prot
cant seem to deal with it apparently because of a drive error. I'm running
scandisk now and hopefully it will fix the drive so f-prot can do it's work.
Any other pointers ?
thanks

Boot Sector Infector:

I have had a few dozen floppies from CSC with this one.

Go to Invircible and obtain their Boot Sector infector remover.
