The ntp server %1 isn't sync'd, time not set

Please help, I keep getting this and then the network
starts failing. Microsoft has posted an article that
states how important the time is but no fix. They even id
the event.

What article are you referring to?
Did you configure the time server?
Is UDP 123 permitted across your firewall/proxy to your time server?
