Tried it last night and after installing and rebooting the first thing I did
was check the task manager to see what was being used by this addition. My
memory consumption had gone from 120+ to 170+ and on looking through the
various functions there's nothing new that really does anything uselful -
its all bells and whistles.
You've heard of monkey's writing Shakespeare on typewriters ? Well now
there's monkey's on computers
writing ATI's drivers.
Think of the man hours spent coding this piece of crap instead of doing
something useful like REWRITING THE F***IN OPENGL DRIVER.

Don't let it load with Windows. Just bring it up when you need it...

Uh, what? It's just an interface to let you change the settings. There is
no reason for it to load unless you want to change settings.

Mhm, you didn't get it: the person I've answered wrote: "Just bring it up

Because I don't need it, it's just not started. that simple...
- It occupies 60MB
- .NET has to be installed
- It's slow
+ The UI
