The modem is not responding properly. Please verify that
the modem is plugged in to the compter and to the
telephone line. If the problem persists, please
select 'Help" button to start Windows Modem Troubleshooter.


Anyone who have a relevant answers, please email to me @
(e-mail address removed). I'm looking forward for an answer.
 
No one can give you a "relevant" answer until you post a "relevant"
question. What make and type modem? Is this a new installation? Is this a
new problem with a modem that has been working correctly?
No answer by email. Post back with full details of the problem and someone
will post an answer.
