The Microsoft Jet database engine error

Hi,

I get this error when i open my database.

"The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process
because you and another user are attempting to change the
same data at the same time."

It wont let me past this to look at tables or anything....
I checked the processes on the network and there was none
open so i am lost...

Any help

If these are not applicable, try search the Knowledge Base with a phrase
from the error message.

Sorry mate but i actually tried that already and it
doesnt solve anything....
Im not using a SQL database just access and the microsoft
support is not very good

Turn off virus scanning and see if that solves the problem. It did for me!
