I have outlook 2003 (SP1) running on Windows XP (SP2) system, I created a
profile from control panel -> mail. This profile contains one Exchange 2003
user account with no PST data file. When I launched outlook 2003 and logged
in, I am keep getting this message "Unable to open your default e-mail
folders. The Microsoft Exchange server is currently busy. If this message is
still displayed in 30 minutes, contact your Exchange server administrator.",
unfortunately I am the administrator, so I have no where to turn to. I have
tested same profile on other machine, and it can get to Exchange server and
open this particular user account without any problem, so it should not be
the server problem. I have tried reinstalled Office 2003 already. This system
can ping to server, connect to internet and port 135 is opened, there is no
firewall between server and client machine.
Thanks.
