"The message could not be sent."

Only when I attempt to send a signed email, a window pops up saying,

"The message could not be sent. An error has occurred."

I have no problems sending unsigned email.
I just recently received my free email certificate from Thawte.

How do I fix this problem?

I get : the message could not be sent. An error has occurred.
How do I resolve this problem. I am receiving emails OK
 
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
