When shutting down I sometimes (50/50?) get the following error:

MASCui.exe application error
The instruction at "0x00b63b28" referenced memory at "0x00b63b28" The
memory could not be read.

Windows XP Pro SP2
Intel Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz Prescott
Intel D865GBF Motherboard
Using onboard Intel graphics
1 GB memory
Windows Defender Version: 1.1.1051.0
Engine Version: 1.1.1185.0
Signature Version: 1.13.1272.4

The application gets killed and shutdown proceeds.

Hi Ben,

Did you get a chance to submit a Watson report? You should - and then we've
got a good chance of getting this fixed.

Thanks for trying Windows Defender,
Joe

I don't get a chance to get a DrWatson report/log. Since the error
occurs at shutdown all I get is a message that DrWatson cannot
execute. The System Log has an entry: Information ID 26 "Application
popup: drwtsn32.exe - DLL Initialization Failed : The application
failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down". No
report is generated.
