The max screen width is 56 inches. How can I increase this?

I do not want to print. I use powershow to put a powerpoint on our 7 screen
theater. The resolution to do this is 5120x768.
 
You do not need to.

5120 is 5 times wider than 1024 -- so just make your page size 50" wide by
7.5" tall and PowerPoint will do the rest of the DPI/pixel conversations.
