I did updates of windows vista busines since June and now the mask logon
appearsafter 20 minutes

Control Panel, Power Options, click 'change plan settings', click 'change
advanced power settings', see Additional Settings> "Require a password on
wakeup" > "Settings" drop box set to "No"
