The @ key produces "

Recently everytime I type an email address I have to use the shift ket and " key to produce the @ symbol. Any help with this would be most appreciated.
 
That sounds like either a hardware question, or possibly a Windows question.
Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website may have misdirected you.
 
Sounds like you have an English UK keyboard set to English US layout or vice
versa. You can change it via the Windows Control Panel.
