What an absolute tool, and this is comong from somebody that is covered from head to toe in tats. Also where did he get it done ?I ask that as any reputable tattoo artist will send you packing if you ask for your face to be done, and if memory srves me correct, its against the licensing policies to tattoo face and hands. Will need to ask my sister, she is a tattoo artist.
