in another window. Do you want to make a copy in the default folder for the
item?"

I cannot believe this has not been a problem for anyone else in the entire
MS community. Am I really the first one to post the error?

The Hotfix mentioned in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883915/en-us does
not always work either. MS needs to step up here.

Oh, you mean pay for help with an issue which MS should have resolved
already? Thanks for the help.

Will your auto mechanic even LOOK at your car without you paying labor
costs? I thought not. Why would you expect Microsoft to be any different?

Your analogy is a poor one. I did not buy my car from my mechanic, but I did
buy my OS from MS. I guess there is no such thing as a warranty for an OS
are even expecting it to work correctly out of the box? Thanks again for
your help. No need to reply unless it is going to be helpful. Good day.

OK, then, takle your car (which is out of warranty) back to the people from
whom you bought it. The issue still remains.

Sure there is. You have 90 days of free support when you purchase a license
from Microsoft.

LOL! Ok, you can stop reading from your MS bible now. Please stop replying.
Thanks. Oh and try not to delete this post either. Mkay?

I certainly have never seen such a tome.
Please stop replying. Thanks.

That's not yours to request, but you're welcome anyway.
Oh and try not to delete this post either. Mkay?

Why would I do that, even were I inclined to do so?

Ah, did not get the answer you were looking for? Sorry - only volunteers here. If you want the "official" microsoft response, then contact Microsoft directly. None of us work for them.

Tell you what, when you supply as much assistance as the MVPs and other volunteers here, then YOU can take the MVP from my signature. Until then, grow up.

Yeah, the two of you were paramount in resolving this issue. Thanks for ALL
of the assistance. I'm STILL scratching my head on that one. LOL.
Good bye.
