I get the "The Instruction at <MemLoc1> referred to memery at <MemLoc2>. The
memory could not be Read." error. So far as I can remember the problem
started after installation of WinXP Pro SP2.

I have looked thru the other posts on the problem and have take the steps
recommended -- SpyBot, CClean, HyjackThis, etc. My system is clear of
scumware so far as I can tell. [I have run System Suite AV and Webroot
SpySweeper for a long time, but I still found a few new problems -- all of
which have been eliminated]

The problem happens only when I follow a link that opens a new page. Sites
(like Wells Fargo Bank) that do not open new pages, work just fine. Sites
(like MBNA Credit Card) that uses multiple windows fail every time.

When the problem first appeared, <MemLoc1> and <MemLoc2> were different
numbers. Now, after posting the fixes and scanning the system several times
as recommend in the other posts, both <MemLoc1> and <Memloc2> are always
"0x00000000" -- this is progress, I suppose, by IE still does not work.

Any ideas?

TIA
