I believe that the image toolbar in the IE Browser should
be removed because it helps PIRATE pictures of copyrighted
sites...

I am a photographer and count on the net to distribute my
pictures to people...I dont care much about people hacking
my website, but for me to know that people are downloading
my pics with out my permission is disturbing...

I am asking that the developers/programmers who work on
the IE Browser take this into consideration since the
current IMAGE TOOLBAR is aiding piracy...

Thnx for letting me speak my mind...

Peace Yah'll

Okay I'll bite (hehe)

Supermarkets suffer from more theft than over the counter stores because
people can see stuff and reach it. Fact is though that supermarkets sell a
heck of a lot more than over the counter stores too, for exactly that
reason. The customer being able to see stuff they otherwise might miss. Then
can examine stuff without having to wait for assistance.

I entirely agree that stealing your work is wrong, but it's always been my
view that the people who steal it are unlikely to buy it anyway, so your
loss is less great than it may seem.

In any case if your site is "Searchable" by something like Google people can
get the image from their searches in many cases.

In a way you are complaining that the people who make functional supermarket
shelves are encouraging shoplifting.

Nobody said life was "Fair".

No offense intended, just my 2c worth. Even if MS now took that out how many
copies of IE are there out there?
