The Gimp for Windows (version 2.0.2)
Note: Gimp 2.0.2 available here requires GTK+ 2.4.1 runtime
environment, and will not work with older versions.

Downloading now - hopefully the pspi plug-in (allows Gimp to use photoshop
plug-ins) will work with this version

Glad to be able to report that the pspi plug-in works in this new version,
which means (most afaik) photoshop plug-ins can be used!
