the functions,applications and parameters of all of the available XP command line prompts?

Open cmd,type:HELP
The genrl. cmds are shown,at xp home page look for useing xp,there's a
list called cmds A-Z,although some arent always valid,depends on youre
configuration of the OS.

Open Help and Support. Type "command-line" into the search box and press
Enter. You'll get a good list of search results to work with. Especially
note the "command-line reference A-Z" item in the "Pick a task" section.
