Can someone give me some advice. My FrontPage program ( Office 2003 ) When I
try to use the " Save As " function to save a new web page constructed from
another it locks up The Program. The rest of the program works fine, I also
am having a strange problem with my internet browzer. It works fine excet if
I just type "www.xxxxxxxx.com" and click on the go errow or depress enter it
does not do anything. I have to add http:// in front of the address every
time then it works fine. I am up to date on the Microsoft updates and anti
virus protection. I am also up to date on the Front Page updates. I have
rebooted, ran my virus protection and everything else I can think of. ---- I
am not a computer person and need som help..

You might want to look at this if you have an HP

There is now a KB article on that: Problems in Windows Explorer or the
Windows shell after you install security update MS06-015
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918165

Also.......

Turned out it was a problem with a Windows security update. Conflict with HP
software. Also stopped Save As in Excel and Open File in Word

Alan Edwards an MVP on the windowsXP group came up with the fix which worked
a treat

http://patch-info.de/WinXP/Downloads/KB908531_Share-To-Web.zip

Unzip it, extract the .reg file to a folder, right-click it and select
Merge and confirm when asked.

Bob - You might also try removing Security Update KB 908531. See the post
above to Noel. It worked for me.
