Roady, thank you for the reply. There are NO caps or underlines in the names and address. This just started happening a couple of days ago, and ALL incoming emails are being changed as well as all my outgoing are also being changed. It is simply duplicating ANY name and address information in the "From" line of all my emails. I have searched ALL my settings to see what I may have accidently done to suddenly cause this to start happening, and I cannot figure it out.

Ehm, what are you talking about? I replied to an empty post from Macau

I am one in the same Roady, Macau and Stephen. After reading the reply that confused you, can you offer me suggestions to fix the problem I outlined?

Ehm, that was the problem; I see an empty post. I'd love to help you but I
can't see your issue. Could you post it again?

Four days ago, Outlook started duplicating ANY name and address information contained in the "From" line of ALL my emails. This is happening to my outgoing emails, AND my incoming emails. I have searched all my settings to see what I may have accidently done to suddenly cause this to start happening, and I cannot figure it out.

Are you running Outlook 2002 with the recently released servicepack 3? It
seems that addresses are shown as John Doe ["(e-mail address removed)] <[email protected]>

Is this what you are experiencing?

Yes, that is exactly what I am experiencing. Are you telling me that the reason for this is the recently installed servicepack? Do you have any idea why MS would have done this? Is there a way stop this from happening?

Microsoft is currently investigating the issue (together with other SP3
issues). There is no way to currently stop this from happing other then
uninstalling Office and then reinstall it again with SP2 and hotfixes.
